Sylvie Maria Filion

Sylvie-Maria Filion is above all a French-Canadian writer, born the 8th of August, 1970. She is originally from Pontiac, although she has lived most of her life in Moonbeam, in the northeastern region of Ontario. She has graduated from the University of Hearst, in Arts and Letters.

Professionally, Sylvie-Maria Filion works in the field of communications and multimedia. In terms of the arts, she works in the field of multimedia ranging from video production, sound editing, illustration and 2D animation.

Her primary passion is fiction writing, which gives her the means to go beyond the limits of the concrete by reaching imaginary worlds that tell extraordinary and explosive stories.
