Job description

This position combines responsibilities in event coordination, partnership development, and artist/community engagement.

  • Duration: September 8, 2025 – March 31, 2026
  • Full-time salaried position (6-month contract)
  • Schedule: 35 hours/week
  • Compensation: $25/hour
  • Location: In-person at Le Labo — Studio 277, 401 Richmond, Toronto, occasional remote work

Candidate profile

  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in media arts, audiovisuals, or related fields
  • Proven experience in fundraising and/or private financing as well as event management
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail in project management, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Availability in the evenings and on weekends for occasional events
