Permanence hivernale is a professional development program for Francophone artists and creatives in the Greater Toronto Area.

In the form of a two-week mini-festival (workshops, screenings, networking), the project aims to strengthen the skills and well-being of artists. The goal is also to foster connections through workshops, screenings, and roundtables, while promoting community engagement in French.

Events take place at Le Labo, studio 277 in the 401 Richmond building, online, and off-site.
