On this occasion, we will screen Joseph Bitamba\u2019s latest documentary film, a Toronto premiere. This film explores the role of the drum, an instrument of resilience carried by Indigenous and Rwandan women. Through these voices, the film highlights powerful cultural and spiritual connections.   <\/p><p data-start=\"1080\" data-end=\"1231\">Joseph Bitamba, director and member of Le Labo, is currently in Rwanda for his shoot and is working on establishing a film school there.<\/p><p data-start=\"1233\" data-end=\"1500\">This screening is part of an effort to highlight engaged artistic practices and memory-bearing narratives.
