This workshop is designed for intermediate-level film editors familiar with similar applications such as Final Cut Pro 7, Adobe Premiere Pro CS6, Sony Vegas and similar application tools. This four-hour long workshop on the new interface, the basic functionalities and the program’s methodology will use numerous examples to further clarify the participants’ understanding.<\/p>\n

Schedule:
\n– Introduction of the new Final Cut Pro X interface and the major differences in methodology.
\n– Importing audio and video files, manipulation of the timeline
\n– The use of of Final Cut Pro X’s newest functionality : multi-camera editing
\n– The use of audio and video filters. Addition of new filters and functionality.
\n– Exporting finished projects in different formats
\n– Conclusion<\/p>\n

With diplomas in both Computer Science and Art, as well as a career in infography in France, Zefred has spent the last decade as a Steadicam operator, cinematographer and film director. In postproduction, he has worked on the cinematography for numerous projects in France.<\/p>\n

In 2005, he settled in Toronto, Canada where he has been teaching cinematography and film direction, working both as a director of photography and a freelance cameraman, all the while developing numerous personal feature-length projects acting as writer, director and producer.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
