That&rsquo;s why, if we couldn&rsquo;t give her the keys to le Labo, we entrusted her with the keys to our social media. You can discover Camille, her artistic practice and her interventions on our Instagram!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>WHAT HAPPENED DURING THIS E-RESIDENCY?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During her residency at le Labo, Camille Bernard-Gravel was able to invest a virtual gallery for two weeks to start the production of an installation inspired by games of association between well-being and an artificial relationship to the earth. She used 3D modeling to design metal structures that, once subjected to the vibration of electromagnets, were transformed into low-tech speakers. Through sound and the use of aesthetic codes specific to the body care and wellness industry, the installation explored the boundary between what aggresses and soothes. The residency was also an opportunity for her to deepen her reflection on the use of digital tools in sculptural and installation practices.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>BIOGRAPHY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Camille is dedicated to a multidisciplinary practice that interrelates nature and technology. The sculptures, videos and installations of this Quebec City-born artist have been exhibited in Canada, Argentina, France, Thailand, Mexico and the United States.
