Particular attention is paid to other crucial issues such as quality of life at work, accessibility of the arts to all, and the decolonization of our artistic practices.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p> These are questions that we&rsquo;ve been working on for years through our programming, and which are close to my heart. Indeed, the approach I try to share here at Le Labo is guided by an intention to slow down and take our time, because I firmly believe that slowness and long-term reflection are essential to nurturing creativity. And I dare to think I&rsquo;m not the only one\u2026 This principle is enshrined in our strategic plan and is the common thread running through our three-year \u201cLa Jach\u00e8re\u201d program.
