fallow \u00a0\u00bbjach\u00e8re\u00a0\u00bb period isn\u2019t quite over yet.<br>For the past three years, as a team, we\u2019ve been carefully observing the small shoots left behind by the artists who have passed through our Studio 277: projects in the making, tentative steps, new practices, and above all, the emergence of meaningful connections.<br>Artists, members, partners, funders, together we\u2019ve learned to wait, to let things ripen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And in that long, patient time, I noticed a discreet seed appear, small and almost invisible at first: the <em>micro<\/em>.<br>This prefix, \u201cmicro,\u201d speaks to the practicality and adaptability of the approach: a way of building a human-scale network above all else.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is not a default position, but a choice.<br>A choice to resist the obsession with the big, the visible, the measurable.<br>A choice to value the intimate over the spectacular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
