Noémie Roy

Noémie Roy is a writer whose practice revolves around the theme of care. Noémie is an author, multidisciplinary artist, and teacher. Holding a master’s degree in theatre studies, Noémie Roy employs an interdisciplinary approach. Some of her literary projects intersect with performing arts, visual arts, and digital arts. Since 2021, she has been sharing her experience of literature in an educational context as a teacher. In 2021, she published her first poetry collection Parmi celles qui flambent (Les Herbes rouges). She has also contributed to certain issues of the journals Exit and Zinc. Born in Quebec, she moved to Ontario in 2022.
