AFROGALACTICA

Kapwani Kiwanga’s “AFROGALACTICA: A brief history of the future” is co-presented with Images Festival and The Power Plant. This performance-lecture unfolds a speculative fiction where history, future, politics, and Afrofuturist imagination intersect. The project engages with a reflection on dominant narratives, knowledge, transmission, and possible futures.
