Jackie Rancourt

Jackie Rancourt specializes in historical and alternative photographic processes, including infrared photography, cyanotypes, and large-format cameras. She blends analog and digital techniques to create dreamlike and experimental images. As a landscape artist, Jackie captures the essence of natural scenes, transforming them into captivating visual experiences. Jackie’s photographs have been featured in numerous juried group exhibitions. She has exhibited at the Toronto Outdoor Art Fair, Canada’s largest contemporary outdoor art event, and received a grant from the Ontario Arts Council to present her work there. In 2020, she was selected by the Ontario Society of Artists for its juried open exhibition for emerging artists. The Aird Gallery is currently featuring her work in its online group exhibition, Landscapes. Jackie studied photography at Ryerson University and will soon travel to France for an artist residency.
