Connecting Bodies

Connecting Bodies

During her residency, Camille Bernard-Gravel occupies a virtual gallery for two weeks to begin producing an installation inspired by associations between wellness and a fabricated relationship with the earth. She uses 3D modeling to design metal structures that, subjected to the vibration of electromagnets, transform into low-tech speakers. Through sound and aesthetic codes specific to the body care industry, the installation explores the boundary between what aggresses and what soothes.
