Metaphors
Gabriela Casineanu presents “Metaphors”, a photographic body of work that reflects her emotional journey in 2012. Using an anthropomorphic approach, she transforms simple symbols from nature into metaphors for the human mind. Guided by her intuition, she photographs forms that speak to her and sometimes alters their colours to better reflect the state of mind or emotion to be conveyed. The exhibition invites viewers to consider nature as a source of inspiration, resilience, and personal growth.
