The Crane

The Crane

Maryse Arseneault is welcomed as the first artist in residence of 2018. During a discussion, she presents what she learned during her stay in Toronto, her artistic practice, and several works in progress. She also shares a collaborative project created with Marcel Grimard during a micro-residency. Titled “The Crane,” this project addresses the widening wealth gap, the erosion of the social safety net, and the loss of influence of citizen activism.
