Le Cercle *1

Le Cercle *1

Le Cercle inaugurates a new space for reflection for Francophone artists in Toronto. Le Labo provides its studio for one week and organizes visits with curators and peers. Samuel Choisy is the first artist to test this format. His photographic work explores the image’s ability to reveal what eludes the eye: movement, psychic emotion, and the inner essence of things. His research extends toward painting, sculpture, sound, and video. Julie René de Cotret accompanies him in his reflection.
