“The Point of Being: Tactile Dimensions of Visual Arts” is a conference on the virtual presented as part of the eighth edition of the Vasari Project. Derrick de Kerckhove, a professor at the University of Toronto and former director of the McLuhan Program, explores the connections between perception, technology, and the visual arts. The Vasari Project is a training and professional development initiative led by BRAVO, facilitating the invitation of renowned speakers to address the challenges of contemporary creation.
