As part of Telefilm Canada’s Talent en vue program, DESIGNATED PARTNERS PANEL, Le Labo will once again be selecting submissions from emerging filmmakers from the Franco-Ontarian community. From now on, the only way to submit an application is by form no later than April 15 at midnight (Eastern Time).
6 degrés, territoires de narration, is a participatory artistic event that explores identity, dissects intimacy, and challenges the obscure boundaries of patriarchy through the magic of words.
We’re looking for people experimenting with challenges related to gender or femininity to take part in an epistolary, participatory, feminist and engaged art project that questions identity, gender and patriarchy.

Le Labo is actively committed to promoting francophone artistic creation in Ontario by positioning itself as a specialized media arts incubator. We offer dynamic support to our community, i.e. to professional or aspiring professional artists, artist collectives and French-speaking curators

Bulles highlights the creative force of our city’s talent, and features eleven local francophone artists. Beyond the screen, we invite the public to discover the talent of these artists, whose diverse practices range from painting and filmmaking to kinetic art, embroidery and photography. To be discovered at l’Alliance française de Toronto from September 23 to October 21, 2023.
